Returns and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Satori Revolution offers store credits only for purchases made on our website. You can, then, reorder your correct style, color and size. An evaluation of the product will be conducted prior to issuing a store credit.

For store credit, the following must be met:

  • Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all the tags attached, unworn, unwashed or used in any way.
  • We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
  • Unworn items must be returned in original Satori Revolution packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days from delivery for a store credit only, excluding original shipping charges, and any duties paid. Store credits will be issued after 5 business days upon Satori Revolution receiving the item/s. Store credits are final sale. Store credits do not expire. Please email orders@satorirevolution.com to authorize the return.

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each of our items undergo several quality check processes before shipment. We guarantee zero manufacturing faults in any of our products shipped. Please note that Satori Revolution is not responsible for any loss of items during shipping.

For international orders, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
